To start transacting on Conduit’s platform, your customers must complete  Know Your Business (KYB) verification. This process ensures compliance with international regulations and helps us verify your business’s legitimacy. For this, we use Aiprise, a secure and efficient platform specifically designed to handle KYB submissions.

Documents Required

For Non-Financial Businesses:

  • Business Registration Document
  • Shareholder Registry
  • 3 Bank Statements (30/60/90 days)
  • Tax Certificate
  • Organizational Chart (if owned by another company)
  • Flow of Funds
  • Directors Registry (if applicable)
  • Financial Statements (Audited, if applicable; if not audited, management prepared with a reason as to why no audited financials are available.
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Proof of Registered Address
  • Proof of Physical Address
  • Authorized to Act on Behalf of the Company (Legal Representative): Documentation confirming that the legal representative is authorized to act on behalf of the company. If the representative is a UBO or director, the appointment document showing their authority is sufficient. If the representative is an external party, a valid Power of Attorney (POA, AOA, PPTA, etc.) must be provided.
  • Supporting documentation for institutional investors (if they own more than 5%)
  • Proof of Regulatory Authorization or Licenses (if regulated)
  • AML Audit Program (If Applicable)

Steps to Complete KYB on Aiprise

1. Company Info

  • Company Name
  • Country of Incorporation
  • Tax ID
  • Website
  • Physical Address (Operating Address of the Company)
  • Registered Address (if different from Physical)
  • Company’s Legal Structure (LLC, LP, Corp, etc)
  • Incorporation Date
  • Industry Selection
  • Doing Business As (DBA)
  • Publicly Listed (Yes/No → Exchange + Ticker)

2. Company Address

Enter the address of your company.

3. Registered Address

Confirm if your company's registered address is the same as its operating address.

4. Company Classification

Answer questions about your business.

5. Business Activity & Risk Profile

Please provide the following information to help us understand your company’s operations, expected usage of the Conduit account, and overall risk profile:

  • Describe your company’s business activities.
  • What is the purpose of your account with Conduit?
  • If you are making payments for goods or services, please describe the goods and services you intend to pay for using the Conduit account.
  • What products and services does your company offer? (Select from list)
  • Does your company operate in, or have any exposure to, high-risk industries? (Select from list)
  • Do you operate or transact on behalf of customer accounts, clients, vendors, contractors, or any other third parties?
  • In which countries do you anticipate conducting 20% or more of your business activity?
  • What is your anticipated average monthly transaction volume (in USD)?
  • Approximately how many transactions do you expect to make per month?
  • Will your company use blockchain wallet addresses as part of its flow of funds?
  • Please list all blockchain wallet addresses your company expects to use (for deposit, withdrawal, settlement).
  • Please list the associated exchange, custodian, or platform for each wallet address.
  • What is the primary source of funds that will be used in your Conduit account?
  • Is your company currently generating revenue?
  • Does your company have any institutional investors (Venture Capital or Private Equity) with 5% or more ownership?
  • How many months of financial runway does your company currently have?
  • Please provide a brief explanation (e.g., upcoming fundraising, expected cash injection, cost-cutting plans).
  • What is your company’s current cash on hand?

6. Beneficial Owners, Directors, and Legal Representative

Please provide information for the following individuals associated with the company:

1. Equity Owners
  • Individuals who own 25% or more of the company’s equity.
2. Controlling Person
  • At least one individual with significant management responsibility (e.g., CEO, CFO, Managing Director).
  • This is required even if equity owners have already been identified.
3. Directors (if applicable)
  • All members of the board of directors or equivalent governing body responsible for company oversight.
4. Legal Representative (required)
  • The individual legally authorized to act on behalf of the company (e.g., to sign contracts or open accounts).

Required information for each person listed above:

  • Nationality
  • Date of Birth
  • Physical Address and Country of Residence

7. Related Companies  (Only if applicable - May skip if not applicable)

​​Please provide information on any related business entities, including the Ultimate Parent Company (UPC), where applicable. This includes entities that:

  • Directly or indirectly own or control the applicant business
  • Share ownership structure, management, or operations
  • Are part of the same corporate group or parent organization

Review and accept the terms and conditions to complete your submission.

Respond to Notifications: If additional documents or clarifications are required, you will receive automated alerts to ensure your application stays on track.

Ensure Updates: Check for any updates or confirmations directly through Aiprise to finalize the process efficiently.
